However, this does not apply in cases where we are not obligated to make correction, etc. under the Personal Information Protection Law or other laws and regulations.

When a customer requests the suspension or deletion of use of personal information (hereinafter referred to as "suspension of use, etc.") based on the reason that the personal information is being handled beyond the scope of the previously announced purpose of use or that it was acquired by deception or other illicit means according to the provisions of the Personal Information Protection Law, and if it is found that there is a reason for the request, we will confirm that the request is from the customer themselves, conduct the suspension of use, etc. of personal information without delay, and notify the customer of this. However, this does not apply in cases where we are not obligated to suspend use, etc. under the Personal Information Protection Law or other laws and regulations.
